Copper Lotus sits on the second floor at 21 Hospital Drive, which is exactly why the room stays quiet while the rest of Palm Coast queues downstairs. Casual, cozy, and easy to sit in on your own.

Order at the counter, take any table, and stay as long as the Wi-Fi holds you. Breakfast runs from open. Lunch takes over around midday. At two the kitchen closes and the lights go off until the next weekday morning.
